Dyeing your hair with black hair dye could be exciting and if you have done it already, for any reasons you want to remove it immediately. Although there are some products available in the market to remove black hair dye, there are some effects that could damage your hair. There are some home treatments for removing black hair dye but the success or failure in getting rid of the hair dye will depend on how fast you will react to remedy the problem.

Bear in mind that black hair dye saturates more deeply into the hair shafts than any other hair colour that is why it more difficult to totally remove it from your hair. You can try immediately a strong anti-dandruff shampoo. This kind of shampoo that fights dandruff has a chemical that also has the ability to strip colour. You have to shampoo your hair many times and use the strongest conditioner that is not colour-safe. A conditioner that is not colour-safe can also act as colour stripper.

There are also some home bleaching products that can be used but it is better to go to a hairstylist or hairdresser to ask some help. You never know the extent of your hair damage so you will not want to have further hair damage. Bleach is remarkably harsh and very hard to control at times. Your hairdresser can assess your hair and can start a light treatment and patiently work the colour out.

But if you fail to remove the black dye out, you better consider cutting your hair short for a change. Anyway, your hair will grow back faster and healthier.
