Black Hair Dye Has More Chemical Content
According to some research, women who use permanent chemical hair dye regularly may have big chance to have bladder cancer. The study shows that you can be affected with bladder cancer depending on how often you use hair dye. Some researchers conducted a series of studies on healthy women and bladder patients having same age, and discover a connection between hair dye and bladder cancer.
Some researchers also believe that dark or black hair dye contains more chemicals than dye with lighter shades. Researchers have analyzed more or less 900 cases of bladder cancer that were exposed to black permanent hair dye, They were compared to a group of patients who did not use black permanent hair dye and found that women who used permanent hair dye at least once a month are more likely to develop bladder cancer than those who did not use.
Although this is still under study and a little premature; we cannot recommend to stop using dark permanent hair dyes. But with our most comprehensive studies conducted on the issue of dark hair dyes that cause bladder cancer, this study cannot be ignored. Those who experienced occupational experience like hairstylists and barbers are 50% more likely to have bladder cancer.
Although all shades of dye contain the same chemicals, dark brown and black have more chemical content than there are in blonde. But with all of these studies, people should not be affected in their decision if they will use hair colour or not. Hair colour industry should give assurance that they consider to sell safe products that people will benefit.
