Dye Your Hair the Natural Way

Have you heard of natural dye for black or dark hair? It is quite fantastic to know that you can darken your greying hair just using this natural dye. Can you imagine turning your hair to silver, yellow or gray? It is obvious that you are already ageing because of the white/gray/yellow hair appearing on your head. Maybe you haven’t notice it yet, but people who can see clearly your head can point out that you are getting old.
If it is already evident that our crowning glory is fading away, the first reaction is to buy hair dye or go to a hair salon. We know that commercial hair dyes most often contain chemicals that are hazardous to our health and our scalp absorbs those bad ingredients. Sometimes the effect on our hair can be disappointing and our hair looks terrible.
It is really incredibly amazing to know that coffee can be used to darken white/gray/yellow strands of our hair. You only have to do it patiently by preparing a cup of coffee, let it cool and pour it on your hair letting your hair soak with coffee and then comb your hair gently. Do not rinse, just let your hair dry. You will notice that when your hair dries, the white streak will get slightly darker and shiny. You may not use hair conditioners since the coffee contain oils that act as a hair conditioner.
So that you will get the desired darkness of your hair, you have to use coffee daily for 9 days until the colours become perfect. If you have already achieved the dark shade of your hair, you can do your coffee regimen once a week and it will also takes care of the new root growth.

Highlights on Black Hair

If you are planning to dye your hair with black hair dye, you should think twice.  If you have a thick long hair, dyeing your hair with permanent black colour could be a big problem.  Remember that black hair dye is the most hard to remove colour and the only way to remove is to grow your hair or just cut it short or just bleach it.  But we know that bleaching may cause more damage to your hair like breakage and hair loss, so if you are not 100% decided to dye your hair black, forget the idea.  Hair of some people cannot tolerate so much bleach so it may only ruin the hair.
Semi-permanent black dye does not also wash out easily.  If you are fond of short hair cut, then you can always try the black hair dye because you can easily cut off the black when it starts growing out.  But if you have a long and silky hair, just forget the idea of dyeing it black.  You may look fantastic with it but in the long run, you will realize that you made a wrong decision.
People who are interested in highlighting their hair dyed with black should also forget the idea because adding highlights on dyed black hair would not show.  If you really want to highlight, you have to bleach it first but you have to wait a few days and then do the highlights. But at the same time, chances are you may damage your hair with bleaching.
